14 Day Money Back Returns

We provide an unconditional return policy on furniture purchased from our website. If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied, please return in original, unmarked condition and original packaging within 14 days for a full refund less freight. Please note that if your goods are assembled and packaging removed, we cannot accept a change of mind return.

Unwanted items must be returned to the following address in full original packaging:

Please note that all courier costs such as delivery charges from and to the Malmo Living warehouse, are non-refundable.

It is the customers responsibilities that all returned items due to change of mind are returned in a safe and secure manner. Malmo Living does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged goods. If any such goods are returned damaged, a credit/refund will not be issued.

All return items must be in our possession within 14 days of the date you received it, to obtain a full refund.

Once your return has been received, items will be inspected to ensure they are in new condition. Please note Malmo Living reserves the right to reject your return if items are damaged or not in original condition. Once inspected, please allow 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

To return a purchase, please contact us at info@malmoliving.com , to obtain a return authorisation form. Prior to returning the item, this form must be completed and emailed to our sales representative for approval.

Damaged and Faulty Returns

We only use reputable couriers to deliver our products securely, however, we ask that all items received by the customer must be opened and checked within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise Malmo Living will not be liable for damage incurred during transit. If you receive damaged or faulty items, notify Malmo Living immediately upon receipt of the goods and provide:

  • Invoice number
  • A detailed description of the damage or fault; and
  • Photos clearly indicating the damage or faults. If an item appears to be damaged from transit, photos of boxes and packaging.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, with all accessories and not be used or altered in any way. They must be unmarked and undamaged in any way.

Any damaged or faulty claims or refunds after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted as a refund and be treated as a warranty claim.
