Shipping

We are able to deliver to any address within Australia. Our couriers offer a registered and a trackable delivery service for your peace of mind. All deliveries are signed for.

If for any reason you cannot be present to accept delivery or if you wish for goods to be left in a safe place unattended, we can leave your order unattended only with your consent. Select “Authority to Leave” when placing your order. Note: Authority to leave goods unattended will void all transit insurance claims and Malmo Living is not liable for any theft, damages or loss resulting from your goods being left unattended.

Deliveries for non-bulky and non-fragile goods are to your front door only. For bulky or fragile goods we believe your purchase deserves a special degree of handling and care. To ensure this we use professional furniture removalists (metro areas only) who call to confirm a time for delivery and take extra care throughout the entire process.

Delivery charges will automatically be calculated at checkout. Please note rural or remote locations may require you to contact us prior to completing your order. If your delivery charge cannot be calculated at checkout, please contact us at info@malmoliving.com to obtain a delivery price.

Delivery Times

Your location and order size will impact the delivery time in which we can get your order to you. Provided all items are in stock, delivery lead times are as follows:

Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra (metro areas) between 3 and 10 business days.

Perth and Adelaide between 5 and 12 business days.

Regional and all other areas between 12 and 18 business days.

Any order can be collected from our Sydney warehouse, at no charge.
